If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If you would like to return an item, you can contact us vie email or by phone with the information provided in the contacts.
To be eligible for a return your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it. We will not accept any items that has already been physically damaged. If you return an item that has been damaged or not in the same condition as when we sent it, we will contact you before shipping the item back.
In the case that we send the wrong item, we will contact you vie email. You must return the wrong item before we ship the correct item to you.
Your item will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do exchanges but only for items that are of the same price as the item you are exchanging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting and making sure that the item is in good conditions a refund is initiated immediately. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
With return items shipping takes 3-7 business days, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping expenses for your returning item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
